About Me

A senior advisory professional with over 18 years of experience spanning technology consulting, people strategy, recruitment transformation and the future of work. Built across nearly two decades at the highest levels of global professional services, my career is defined by a rare ability to sit at the intersection of technology and people - translating complex organisational challenges into practical, human-centred solutions that deliver measurable results.


I began my career at PwC in the UK, quickly gaining broad exposure across both private and public sector clients. Early engagements included:

  • Lehman Brothers (in administration) - building a client portal to return dividends to unsecured creditors -

  • Heineken - leading PMO delivery for a global finance and supply chain transformation.

  • Department for International Development - leading PMO delivery on a program improving girls’ education in developing countries, work that reflects a longstanding commitment to outcomes that matter.


Relocating to Australia with PwC, I moved into technology consulting and was promoted to Director, advising major clients including Sydney Trains, NSW Treasury and ING. I subsequently led the change management program for PwC’s global Workday rollout before transitioning into the firm’s recruitment function - marking the beginning of a deep specialism in talent, people strategy and workforce transformation.


A formal appointment as VP of People Strategy at Afterpay followed, before joining KPMG Australia where I spent five years as a Senior Director transforming the firm’s recruitment function from the ground up. Throughout, I worked directly with the Board and Executive Committee - advising at the most senior levels on people, capability and organisational strategy.
